Shipping Policy
The Ink Spot Shoes makes every effort to ship all orders within 2 days of purchase. Delivery arrival time may vary depending on your location. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the next Monday. Please note that larger orders can possibly take longer to prepare and ship due to the time required inspecting and packing your order. All orders are inspected and packaged by hand.

Please note that required signatures for any package regardless of value costs extra and is not a standard option. Your delivery driver may or may not leave your package at the door or around your house if no one is home. If you do NOT want a package to be left unattended, please leave a note at the door for the driver to not leave it unattended. If you reside in an apartment complex or have friendly neighbors, you can leave a note instructing the driver to leave the package at a leasing office or at a neighbor.

Delivery takes approximately 5 to 14 business days. Delivery could be sooner depending on location.
The Ink Spot Shoes requires an adult's signature on any package over $200.00 in value.

Refund Policy
There’s absolutely NO refund and NO exchange allowed for purchases. NO cancellations will be accepted once orders have been placed.
